Session After Care
Take some time right after a session to sit quietly. Let your body, mind, and energy settle.
During the next few days, you might feel tired, or even exhausted. This is normal. Set aside some time for yourself to process the guidance you have received. Listen to your internal dialogue. Let the thoughts and energy flow through. You might experience waves of highs and lows. This too is normal.
As with any form of movement including energy, it requires time for your system to acclimate and build up the stamina that it takes to receive and process guidance. With each session your system will integrate into a new way of participating and receiving support on a higher level.
