Hi, I'm Deb Vogel. I'm so glad you are here. I have been a spiritual guide for over 30 years. I am often asked, what is a spiritual guide, and what does a spiritual guide do?
Every spiritual guide will have his or her own individual answer. My answer is, I am here to support you in receiving Guidance. Guidance means information coming from a divine source. This information, or Guidance comes from my Intuitive KNOWING or connection to God. We ALL have this KNOWING inside, but we must do the inner work necessary to recognize the difference between our rational voice (s) and the voice of God within.
I am also here to support you in doing your Inner Work. We all have inner work to do. This is not a question of if, but when. This is how we spiritually progress, heal, and know MORE. More about our selves, our lives, and the Oneness of God within.
The journey begins by turning inward. Here you will learn to see and follow your inner map. This map is filled with (your) patterns to see (and understand), lessons to learn, and how to find your way back to your true and PRESENT SELF in God.
Some people want a little bit more awareness, and some want to continue on towards Consciousness or Self Realization. This work will both prepare and support you on the journey.
How do you know it's your time to turn inward? Take some time to sit quietly and listen to YOUR knowing. Do you feel stuck, lost, or empty inside? Have you been QUESTIONING where you are, why you are there, what you want, and how to create change? Have you tried traditional counseling or therapy, and still feel like you are in the same place? Do you want a more spiritual approach to life? Do you want to learn HOW TO KNOW GOD?

Spiritual Guidance Sessions
Whether you have done some counseling or inner work in the past, or you are just beginning your healing journey. This work will meet you where you are right now.
These sessions are YOUR time to receive. This is YOUR sacred space to receive the unconditional love, support, and guidance you need on your journey HOME, or in other words back to who you truly are.
Doing your inner work will change your life, and can very often save your life. Don't put it off, YOU MATTER!!!!
The Work
During each session, you will receive the GUIDANCE to support you in knowing who you are from two very different energies (or realities). One is old, and the other is new, or present.
Your old energy (self) is the part of you that holds your life lessons. This is your patterned or karmic energy.
Your new and present Self is the part of you that is connected to God. This is the part of YOU that can ask for and RECEIVE guidance, expand in consciousness, heal in the grace of God, and live a life filled with love and purpose. (The present list goes on and on)......
Knowing the difference will give you a CHOICE. Where do you want to live, in the darkness or light? In old energy or new and present energy? In fear or faith?

MY JOURNEY
This work came from my own need for support after my spiritual awakening. The support and the guidance that I received eventually turned into this body of work. I have been supporting others in doing their inner work for over 30 years..
